Rustproof? Citronella oil okay?

Are these torches rustproof? I prefer to leave my torches outside all summer long and need rustproof. Also, is citronella oil okay? You mention paraffin oil but is it required? Thanks!

Thank you for your interest in the Margaritaville Party Torches, Set of Two. This item is rust resistant; however, we do recommend bringing indoors or to a covered area during severe weather. This item is designed to be used with lamp oil, and pure paraffin oil is recommended.
