Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, not so great QC I love the chairs themselves - great quality, comfortable to sit in - and Brandy in customer service has been very, very, VERY accommodating. However I can't give 5 stars because one of the four chairs i ordered arrived totally shattered. The box was intact, but the chair inside was all broken, which tells me it wasn't the fault of our delivery person. Now I have to wait 2-3 months for a replacement. Not the end of the world, but annoying to say the least. Maybe Frontage needs to do a little more quality inspection before shipping something out to a customer.
