Poor fit for older Frontgate convertible chaise
When I bought our 2 convertible chaises in 2017, the cushion price seemed crazy, so I skipped the cushions and had some made locally. It was time to replace them, so I decided to spring for the Frontgate cushions, in part to have them as a pattern for having custom cushions made again in the future. It's important for customers to know that Frontgate has changed some of the specs and details of the chair, so the cushions aren't designed to fit an older model. The cushion back is higher than the back of my chairs and it has ties that don't tie to anything on my model. I'll keep them, since they last just a couple of years on my city patio, but I am disappointed.

Disappointed
I will never order anything from Frontgate again. I ordered the $850 chaise and pad in March. It arrived in July. In the meantime you continued to advertise it and you weren’t able to deliver it. The chaise itself is excellent, it will last a lifetime. The pad is not as thick as I thought it would be. I can feel the chaise construction through the pad.

Disappointed.
Just bought these to replace some generic cushions I had purchased for my Monterey chaises. Boy do I wish I still had the old ones. They were a fraction of the price and far better quality. Not only do these Frontgate cushions not fit the chair properly, they are expensive, thin, and difficult to clean. From a distance they look decent but up close, they look and feel cheap. I expected a vastly better product from Frontgate. So disappointed.

This chaise is a very clever design. We bought the cushions too, so they wouldn't be so dark. Although I think we'll have to remove the cushions when the foot rest is pushed in. All of our other outdoor furniture is tan with black trim but this blends great. Frontgate's quality is always top notch, I know we will get years of use out of these.

Didn’t fit
This cushion was not the right one for my chair. I sent it back . If you want to play around with Frontgate customer service they will have UPS come pick it up as a return. I would recommend getting the cushion. U just can’t be sure if you will get the right ones. Also these were back ordered forever.

Comfy but poor fit
I bought the convertible chaise chairs early in the season and thought the custom cushions would be worth the high price. Although the cushions are comfortable, they do not fit the chair well. The backs are too high, making it difficult to secure the cushion to the chair and it looks weird. Also the color is extremely bright and I would have prefered more options. I do like the fold up option for use with the chair or the chaise. Bottom line: not a good value for high price.

What is the best way to clean these cushions?

I am assuming the 5 cushion colors I see here are the only options? You mention Sunbrella and ordering no more than 10 swatches so I am hoping there are other choices. I am looking for a medium to dark grey or taupe.
