Amazing quality, unbelievable style, perfect
After searching high and low, we came across this crate. Everything else that we saw in the marketplace was made cheaply, either using laminate or mdf, this is sturdy well built, strong, and beautiful. Not only is it perfect for our 30lb dog, its style is fantastic. Sad it is no longer available as was hoping to purchase another for my office. Cannot recommend more. For those that say the holes don’t line up, being perfect 100% is hard, imagine what every other brand is like considering the quality of this.

Stylish yet sturdy dog crate.
I wanted a dog crate that wasn't an eyesore. This fit perfectly with our home decor. It isn't cheap particle board. It looks like a beautiful piece of furniture pretty much. The only issue I have is it didn't give the inside dimensions of the crate. So it isn't quite big enough for our Akita.

Exquisite!
This pet residence is beyond anything that resembles a kennel. It is constructed of beautiful hardwood and gorgeous brass! It is elegant, classy, and comfortable. The cushion provided is plush and the side shades offer your baby more privacy, if you choose. It compliments the furniture in my home and I love everything about it. Your baby will love this new home and love you more for this gift. Absolutely stunning! My new dog will be so comfortable and happy!

Completely useless
I thought this was very nice looking and purchased it on a non returnable sale. The pre drilled holes on the door do not match up and it is nearly impossible to lock the top lock. You have to press down on the door very hard while pushing up on the locking mechanism. The bottom lock will not work at all. The assembly was fairly straightforward but again, nothing predrilled matches up. This was a very expensive, yet attractive, piece of garbage. First and last purchase from Frontgate.

Frustrated
I was so excited about this purchase for our pup. Unfortunately we received our pet residence in (2) cartons that looked like they had been torn apart and put taped together like a puzzle. The cartons fell apart when opening. Got all the pieces together only to find that the bottom screw holes had no indentation and the screws had no way of making it to the walls to hold the walls and the bottom together. After three hours of trying to make this work I called customer service and told them that I had been sold a faulty product that had clearly been returned and then resold. This isn't the first time this has happened with FG. We had a similar experience a few months ago with a counter stool that still had the previous customer's address label on it. This was damaged and had to be returned. Is FG reselling returned products? Customer service was no help.
