Perfectly realistic and easy to assemble
This tree is beautifully realistic and so easy to assemble. Each section is light enough for one person to lift and put together. The branches are easy to adjust for a natural look and sturdy enough to support heavier ornaments

Is it real?
What an amazing tree! We always buy real trees so the thought of buying an artificial tree was not something I was looking forward too but we took a chance and Wow!! It was beautiful. People even thought it was real! A great purchase and worth the money!

Terrific Tree!
This tree is beautiful! The lights are perfect not too bright or too dim. Last year we ordered a tree from another company and it had to be returned - very poor quality .
I have to say Frontgate has better quality trees than any premire company that I have experienced. Their customer service is what has always made me a repeat customer. This is our 3rd tree from Frontgate and I can’t imagine ordering from another company now.
Great product and customer service!
My only suggestions would be next year to manufacture the tree with the wheeled base again. Our prior tree from a few years ago came with a wheeled base and storage bag which was very convenient and great - this year they did not offer a tree with a wheeled stand and the storage bag had to be purchased separately.
Another improvement would be better pictures and descriptions of the trees where you could really see the difference in the branches and know how full the tree will look in person.
A video with comparisons would be nice.
Also better instructions on how to place the tree sections in the storage bag would be nice- as there are no instructions on how to fit it all in the storage bag and it is not obvious, maybe a video would be helpful for that too.

Amazing Service-Frontgate Saved Christmas!
After an awful experience with Balsam Hill, I came back home to Frontgate…and should have never left. I walked into the Buckhead/Atlanta location in urgent need of a tree, the staff bent over backwards to help me and provided me with amazing service. They were thoughtful, detailed and professional, an amazing experience and I purchased an amazing tree. They have a customer for life!

Our tree came with a bag containg white gloves and 2 black sleeves with no directions as to what they are used for.
