I have the wingate door mat 36x72 - so i need to put this pad underneath it for outdoor use? Using it outside my front door where it does get rain exposure. If so, what size pad should I order?

Asking again please, which side goes up? You state the grid side. The whole thing is a grid. There is no grid side. You say like shown in the picture. It is hard to tell. One side is flat, the other is sort of bubbled. Which side up/down?

Perfect cushioning for indoor rugs too.
I was worried that I had purchased a mostly outdoor rug to be used in my bedroom especially since this pad seemed to be only for outdoor. But it also works very well inside providing the perfect amount of cushioning.

Great Outdoor Rug
I purchased an 8x10 Tinsley Outdoor Rug in Blue/Navy. It is lovely. The blue is a true dark blue, not blackish and the pattern of small diamond shapes is perfect. I set an 8' couch, coffee table and 2 large chairs on the rug and the outdoor room is complete. The rug is heavy and lays completely flat, no corner curling or tripping. It is porous so I think water/rain will go through without a problem. I would recommend this rug.
