Summer Necessity
Beautiful addition to my countertop! I purchased this to replace a glass dispenser that I had for many years, and it is so pretty! The spout is great and doesn't drip. It is easy to clean. The insert for ice keeps the drinks in the dispenser cool if not icy. My only disappointment is that the clear portion of the dispenser is plastic, so I can not use any essential oils in the water inside as it would etch the plastic. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and look forward to many years of use!

Beautiful, but the stickers!!
Purchased this before Thanksgiving 2019 and as others have noted, the stickers were horrible to remove. I tried hot water, goo gone, and finally scraping with my fingernails. Even now, after several uses and washes, there is a slight film and when it’s empty, you can see where I scratched the plastic with my efforts. Overall, I would say it’s not worth the price, but it does keep drinks cold for hours and doesn’t drip like others I’ve owned!

Wonderful party servers
I now own three of these dispensers. They are perfect for outdoor parties, and they look really great! I know they are made of plastic instead of real glass and stainless steel, but the plastic makes them lightweight enough for me to handle them when they are filled. The others are too heavy. They really do look great! I love mine!

Adhesive residue
The dispenser works perfectly although the clear part is plastic. I read a lot of the reviews about not being able to get the adhesive residue off after removing the label. I had the same issue. They put the label right above the spigot in the most conspicuous place, the bottom of the container would have been a better location then the residue wouldn’t be an issue. Anyway,
My sister came to the rescue. You can use creamy peanut butter and a microfiber cloth. Just work the peanut butter in circles with the microfiber cloth then wash. No residue. Don’t use any kind of adhesive remover on plastic, it will melt and cloud the plastic.

This is the perfect little dispenser for my parties. I have had a few in the past that have always leaked. With the money I spent on those, I should have bought this one in the first place. I love to do lemon water or sangria for parties, this is so perfect to do so with. Such a pretty presentation.

Good, but leaked a little
This is a great beverage server compared to others. The well is plastic, but I prefer that given it is easier to clean and also easier to transport. I did experience leaking on one of the servers I purchased, but it wasn’t much and it could have been just needing to tighten the dispenser piece. The look of the professional series is also a great aspect to this dispenser too. Overall, I would continue to purchase again.

Beautiful to look at!
Our firm bought this product a couple weeks ago to add to the front lobby area and we have received great feedback! The dispenser adds a sense of sophistication and elegance to the room without being gaudy or too much. We use it for "spa water" adding fresh fruit and ice to it daily. I wish the container was glass instead of plastic but that is not my biggest concern. Condensation actually happens to be what I have the biggest issue with. If the plastic didn't sweat, I would love it even more!

Ok first of all this item is BEAUTIFUL! I’m a cater & these are really nice. The hold a lot! We got so many compliments. That made me so happy. We easily filled them with no problems. Trust me you will love them!!

I had purchased two of these previously and love them! This most recent one does not have the insert, a removable core which could be kept frozen until used. This one is attached and cannot be frozen due to being attached. A favorite feature was removed.

NO GLUE OR STICKERS PLEASE!
I was excited to receive my dispenser only to be disappointed in trying to remove the stickers affixed to it. After trying many different "solutions" to getting the sticker AND glue off, it was still smudged and sticking to dispenser handle. It's a beautiful container --- just wish someone would not affix stickers to container or use those that are more removal friendly. It's still smudged no matter what I do.
