Water leaked from the 3 gallon Optima Beverage Dispenser urn spigot down the sides of the stainless base and there is water residing at the top of the stainless base in between the base and the urn. How do I remove the urn to dry out the water?

I have a 5 gallon dispenser. It showing in the Q&A that the top can come off. I cannot seem to get the acrylic top to be removed from the base. It would be much more convenient for easier storage and transportation. However, I am afraid that I may break

is it rust proof in a coastal environment
Thank you for your interest in Optima Chill Cell Beverage Dispenser. This item is made from 18/8 Stainless Steel and Tritan acrylic with ABS spigots to be BPA free. It should not rust; however, it is designed for beverages and should be cleaned and dried after each use. It should also be stored in a cool dry place.

I’m trying to buy two optima 3 gallon beverage dispensers and when I try to add it to my cart the price doesn’t’ reflect the price for the 3 gallon and I can’t add it to my cart. Please advise

The only view of the top shows an opening where you see the ice. Does this close after you add the ice? Is there a knob on the top or do uou grab the edges to open?

Perfect Dispenser
A few years ago, I gave my nephew and his wife the beverage dispenser. It seems that other family members borrow it whenever they are having a gathering. I have been told that guests frequently asked about the dispenser and where it was purchased. I am giving my niece and her husband the dispenser for Christmas. Although I do not own one, I have enjoyed several drinks from it——always chilled to perfection!

Surpassed expectations
I hestitated to puchase this dispenser because of the acrylic dispenser, but could not find a glass alternative that was as elegant as this product. The quality is exceptional. I now love the fact that acrylic dispenser is less likely to break. There was a small scrap on the acrylic, but I needed it immediately and hardly notice the flaw. I had many compliments at our gathering and look forward to its continued use. Easy clean-up is a plus.

Great beverage dispenser keeps drinks cold!
This Optima Chill Dispenser is incredible. I have 3 other beverage dispensers and none can compare to this one! It truly kept my Sangria cold during my entire party! I even left what was left out that night and waited to clean up the next morning and it was still cold! Because of the ice storage cell, my homemade sangria never got watered down! It was perfect!

I have been looking at this beverage dispenser for some time and decided this Spring to purchase the 3 gallon unit. It is a welcome addition to entertaining any time of the year. I've used it in the Spring and Summer and plan to do so again during the holidays. It is a well designed, simple, sleek and sturdy piece of equipment that can be used for self serving drinks like various summer waters, sangrias, etc. The ice chamber truly keeps your drinks very cold without diluting and there's no condensation. I plan to use my beverage dispenser indoors and outdoors every time I entertain.

Perfect a party and a hurricane ;) I ordered the 1.5 and the 2 gallon Beverage Dispenser for two reasons. I've always admired them and I was hosting a baby shower. We used the larger one for flavored water. And the other with Cucumber Mint Adult Cocktail. I received many compliments on the presentation. Little did I know they would be so useful for a hurricane!! Filled them both with ice and filtered water! So helpful!

Stays cool in 95 degrees!
