Oversized Wall Chess Board Game is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love This But Struggling With How to Hang This board is beautifully designed, looks very impressive, and has garnered many compliments so it is definitely a pleasure to have. We are looking forward to enjoying ongoing games but have no idea how to safely hang this because it is so heavy. It comes with a slim slide-on bracket but I am not convinced that it will be sufficient to support the weight and prevent damage to the wall. We contacted customer service to ask if the manufacturer has any recommendations but the CSR could not find anything relevant to this item. For now it leans against the wall which isn’t pleasing but we are determined to find a way to hang it because it such a phenomenal conversation piece and really does look more amazing than we expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Board Orientation Those who know how to play chess know that when the board is set up, the square to the left of the player should be a dark square. Then when the players set up their pieces, "dark queen on dark square, light queen on light square." A high quality board should not allow this error.

As pictured the lower right square is dark, not light. Isn't that setup incorrectly for a chess board? Lower right should be light colored square.

What is the finish color of the frame?
