Very Relaxing
We love the shell floats --- we bought 2, but 1 did not last more than a month. We actually found them very relaxing in our pool

Quality control issues
Bought two of these and they both developed air leaks at the seam, so not fixable, even though they include a handy repair kit. Very disappointing, considering how pricey these are

Nice to look at but uncomfortable
If you want this to take pictures only it is perfect, but it is very uncomfortable to sit on and the angle your back rests up on is very awkward.

Too Much Money for what you get
Loved the float. We are two elder adults and wanted something easy to get on to float around our pool. First time we used it-Perfect. Second time-deflated and have been unable to keep air in it since. Can't not find a leak-but at this price point-there should not be a leak after one use by a couple of old folks!

STAY AWAY!!
This float looks amazing floating in the pool-the only problem is trying to get on it! I am 5'8" and 130 lbs and the float definitely is NOT SAFE for someone my height to get on it. I tried repeatedly in many different ways and gave up when my knees were bleeding from hitting the side of the pool. I think it might work for children, but I can't see it being comfortable for an adult, even someone of average height. I wish I had read the other 2 star reviews before the hassle of trying to deflate and return a float. I would STAY AWAY. Frontgate has some fabulous floats, but this is NOT one of them

Deflated forever after one day.
I enjoyed using the oyster float for one day. I relaxed on it reading a book. There after, it deflated, and we were never able to determine where the leak was. My husband is an engineer. The dear man attempted to find the leak for me, to no avail. I have had other floats that lasted a full summer and longer without a problem. I have had a float that needed a patch and we patched it successfully. This is just not a very durable float. It's a hefty price for a one day of use. Additionally - it comes with an electric inflator . Toss it - get one from another store - that has a real motor in it. They are sold very inexpensively. You will grow old and gray waiting on the accompanying electric air pump to blow this float up. Our under twelve dollar air pump that is 2 years old blew this float up in a zip. I'm not directing business away - Frontgate is not selling the air pump, but a Float
