Disappointed with my purchase
Ordered three, and two was receive damaged. Initailly the customer service rep. was accommodating and offered in home service, but Later the same day I received a call from a "senior" customer rep., offering to replace the two stools instead. Now that may seem like a better offer accepted the stools are very heavy and to re-box them would be a huge inconvenience. I asked for a touch up kit and was referred to Amazon at my expense. Lastly the stools are slightly dangerous as you are getting up they hit the back of your legs and as careful as I have been getting off the stool I have several bruises on the back of my legs.

Swivel Base shouldn’t be square
Swivel Bases are made square, which causes you to hit the back of your legs anytime you turn in the chair.
I was super bummed about this. As the chair was stunning and looked perfect. But, we don’t want to gain a ton of bruises on the back of our legs.
We returned them.
Ugh.

Be aware of possible fabric defects.
We purchased four of these beautiful barstools four months ago. They receive minimal use, maybe 2 times a week for a meal. One of the stools fabric stitching seems to have disappeared. The stool is quality but the seating, fabric is not. I would not purchase again due this when considering the high price. I expect better quality for my money.

Arrived damaged with quick exchange process
2 of 4 stools arrived damaged. Customer service was fast to return and exchange, but it was very inconvenient to do.
