Swivel Base shouldn’t be square
Swivel Bases are made square, which causes you to hit the back of your legs anytime you turn in the chair.
I was super bummed about this. As the chair was stunning and looked perfect. But, we don’t want to gain a ton of bruises on the back of our legs.
We returned them.
Ugh.

Arrived damaged with quick exchange process
2 of 4 stools arrived damaged. Customer service was fast to return and exchange, but it was very inconvenient to do.
