What is the process for fountain delivery and set-up? What are fountain site preparation requirements (level base, electric and water?) Is this fountain self-contained with a pump that continually recirculates the fountain water?

Thank you for your interest in the Paris Estate Two-tier Fountain. This item ships via In-Home Delivery. This includes placing in your area of choice, removal and disposal of packing materials . Delivery does not include assembly. Some assembly is required. To view assembly instructions please click on the last tab of the 'OVERVIEW'. The self-contained water fountain holds 130 gallons of water. The included electronic pump circulates 800 gallons of water per hour.
