First one was horrible, 2nd one perfect
I first received the mat in horrible condition, major cracks, stains, rubber melted in wrong places. Replaced and got just what we needed. Have it as a gift and they were very impressed.

I would like to order 3 of the Pembrook 30 x 48 doormats without a monogram but it seems that it will not let me enter a quantity if I don't choose a letter, nor do I see an option for "no monogram." May I do this?
