PERFECT SENTIMENTAL GIFT
This is a wonderful way to pass along a beloved family recipe. Yes, I agree, it is not deeply engraved, but still a beautiful unique product. I put a favorite recipe on it from my Grandma and my Mom cried when she opened it. She loves it.

board great, recipe cut off
I received this item just in time for Christmas. It was a gift. The recipe had been submitted as was required and I got the email from the company saying it looked good. When the recipient opened the gift, he loved it at first, and then saw the recipe had been cut off at the bottom. The customer service was very apologetic about the mistake and has offered to redo the board. I appreciate that and look forward to seeing the corrected version. Still doesn't help the let down of a very nice and expensive Christmas gift gone awry.

Unique Idea
I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts. This is a wonderful way to pass on a family recipe. However, I was disappointed with the depth of the transfer. Also, the instructions weren't completely clear. It is stated that s message can be included on back, mine was put on the front.

Extremely disappointed!
I called Frontgate after receiving this item and was told the vendor would contact me! They did not. I sent ONE email with 2 pictures that would easily have fit on the board. I also asked for the recipe author’s name to be put on the board. I received it with ONE picture put in the center of the board (so the recipe is only half there) and no name. What could have been a beautiful and sentimental gift was a complete, expensive disappointment, and apparently no one cares!

I don't see anyplace to upload a personal recipe to be placed on the recipe board. Is that something that is uploaded and personalized after the order is placed?
