Thank you for your interest in the Pierce Extending Teak Dining Table. This table has one leaf that is permanently attached to the table; the leaf folds down and is stored under the table. To extend the table simply unlock the mechanism, pull the table apart, pull the extension up into place, and then push it back together. This table only has an umbrella hole when extended.

Great Table
We've had ours for over a year and it is fantastic. Opens up to full size easily and is perfect for a large group. Ours is covered full time so it isnt exposed to too much weather. Highly recommend it. No issues with parts or assembly although its very heavy.

GREAT Expandable Table
Great Table with no missing pieces nor easily broken as reviews suggest, at least for us. The table came very quickly, delivery took away wrapping and all was put together in no time. The previous reviews warn about being very careful when unpacking and I think that resulted in our success. Thank you!!!

Arrived late and had assembly issues
Ordered mid-August and it arrived mid-November so no idea how good this item is until Spring arrives and we can use it. The leg assembly had been attached upside down so we had to buy longer hardware in order to get the table assembled. Pretty disappointing overall.

Great table but damaged
We waited several weeks to get the table and when it finally came it was broken and a screw was missing. Frontgate is going to replace the table but it won't be here until October.
