Beautiful Pippa sofa, but didn’t fit
We were so excited about our new Pippa sofa. It looked beautiful from where I could see it in the truck. We had to refuse delivery because it did not fit past the entry way. It was too long to stand up or to navigate the hallways. I had measured the sofa against where it would be placed and not how it would get into the house.
Frontgate provides exceptional customer service. They took our call quickly, explained they would refund the sofa’s cost plus the shipping. We would see the credit after a few weeks when it was returned to their distribution center.
We have ordered another sofa that will fit and are looking forward to its arrival.
