Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the rug, color not so much This is probably the nicest bath rug I've ever seen. Size was luxurious, so was the weight. So it made me sick to send it back. The problem was the color. We ordered what was called French Blue, which is a name with enough equity that I second-guessed the color looking too dark on screen and tried it anyway. It turned out to be a smoky blue, almost into the purples. On the floor it looked way too heavy and dark, not the look we were going for. Quality couldn't be better, unfortunately these didn't work for us. Thankfully, shipping was exceptionally reasonable ($8.95 to return two mats and two hand towels) and customer service helped me refuse the second shipment at no charge. VERY impressed. Thanks Frontgate! You've earned your reputation with these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not live up to the hype Does not live up to the hype. These rugs are very highly reviewed including on wire cutter and I have to say I bought five and four of the five are already fraying to the point where I’m debating returning them I’ve had them about two weeks. And I haven’t washed them.

Is this rug safe for a wood floor?

Asked by: Gkjos
Thank you for your interest in the Resort Skid-Resistant Bath Rug. This rug features a non-slip latex-treated back which would provide secure footing on your wooden floors. As long as your floor has not been treated with any substance which is not recommended for use with latex-backed rugs, this bath rug should work well for you.
