Packing
The chair was beautiful! The only thing was when I opened the box the wrung was cracked. So now I’m waiting for them to send me a notice so I can return the chair. I have always had great chairs before so I was disappointed that the chair had a crack and broken. I have to say that the packing was not like before when I purchased the other 4 chairs 10 years ago. The packing was thin probably why the wrung was broken.

Is this real wood?
Doesn't look like real wood to me. It looks like a synthetic manufactured material with wood grain lines scraped into it. (Espresso color) shipping was a nightmare. Bought 3 stools the first two arrived on time the last one was lost all customer service would say is the shipping company would contact me which they did not. And they did not come fully assembled!
