Thrilled with my Savoy chairs
I am completely satisfied... actually thrilled... with these chairs. I was looking for something to update my traditional dining table and these were the perfect solution. They also came very well packed and in perfect condition. The seat is very comfortable. Really good value!!

Savoy Dining Chairs
This is the first time that we have ordered dining chairs before sitting on them. The Savoy chairs looked sleek and well-made, so we took a chance. We ordered 4 in brown leather and 2 in beige linen. Not only are they very comfortable, but they are also more elegant than the pictures show. The leather is soft with subtle brown tones. The linen has a lovely texture reminiscent of raw silk. The wood is dark and rich.
Each chair arrived in its own box secured with cardboard, foam, and tape. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased. Thank you.

Love them!
We absolutely love these chairs, both the way they look and also how comfortable they are to sit in. They complement our Ballard Designs Tarvine custom table perfectly and we are so happy with them. Arrived in absolute perfect condition, all six of them.

Very comfortable. Chair and seat cushions are very comfortable. I was worried the chairs were going to overwhelm the table but they do not - they are not oversized. They are a reasonable profile.

Beautiful Graceful Shape
The shape and size are perfect. The dove-tailed curves on the back of the chair, which are admittedly a challenge to produce, could be a little smoother. Fabric wasn’t pulled tight enough to get rid of wrinkles. Again, a difficult thing to do. Overall, I do like the chairs very much with these small exceptions.
Oh, and the delivery service just dropped them at the door without ringing the doorbell. We just found them on our porch. They were also early, which was fortunately not an issue but we could have been out of town. Packaging was fully intact and it wasn’t raining so the chairs arrived in good condition.

Love the style but construction details lacking
I ordered 4 of these chairs. The chairs were packaged really well in sturdy boxes and extra packaging. They arrived in 2 different shipments and were left on the doorstep. I really like these chairs. Great style and the fabric looks like it will hold up over time. I am disappointed that the finger joints in the wood over the top are so visible. On two of the chairs, the joints are actually raised up so you can see and feel them. Apparently the manufacturer put them together and didn't so much as give them a light sanding before applying the finish. Frontgate customer support was easy to reach and responsive. They offered to send me new chairs, but couldn't guarantee the new chairs would not have the same problem. So then they offered a partial refund and I took that and will live with the flaws. Five stars for style but 2 stars for quality.

Disappointed!
I ordered six chairs. Only 4 arrived and one is broken. No clear answer on where the other two chairs are and the broken one will not be replaced until mid January. Not at all impressed!

Dismal Customer Service!
The chair is great; Frontgate service has been awful! I ordered six chairs and received five. Many, many phone calls to customer service and to their shipping partner inquiring about the location of the missing chair yielded no information. Customer service would only say they were looking for the sixth chair, and they would get back to me with an answer. After weeks of calling and never a follow-up call or e-mail from Frontgate, I finally returned the chairs. I needed seating for six diners and not five. Frontgate just seemed not to care or accept responsibility!
