Extremely Poor Quality Control
After waiting months for this item -- countless inexcusable delays -- when these pillows finally arrived I was shocked to see that the zipper and tags were installed incorrectly at the TOP OF THE PILLOW, instead of at the bottom. So my pillows are stuck showing off the zippers as they sit on the furniture, along with the remnants of the cut "Frontgate" tag, which I would have rather hidden on the bottom rather than cut it off, of course. I know this was a mistake and not the design of the item -- every single photo without any exception shows the pillows sitting in the same orientation -- with the shell tips tapering down towards the bottom of the pillow. NO ONE puts the zipper at the top of the pillow.
