Rail bolts and holes loop did not align
The instructions did not result in an easy install. Attaching rails to frame sides proved difficult for base to be screwed on to frame. Base was very difficult to install the bolts. Frame and hanging rail holes did not align for easy tightening. Could not install two screws due to the bad hole alignments. Other than assembly is very difficult appears to be a nice looking towel rack.

Nice rack but assembly IS REQUIRED!
I got this a few weeks ago expecting to pull it out of the box assembled (as advertised) but required an hour of assembly.

I need an outdoor towel rack.
It took a half-hour to unpack.
Several screws were not the right size or holes were not drilled correctly.
Best thing about purchase was 2 Allen wrenches were provided.
In conclusion: A better price would be $40.00 not over $300.00.
