Great Garland Hanger
Our house is stone and there is nowhere to put nails or hooks in the door jambs. This worked great! The fact that the size was adjustable was perfect, as we have larger than normal doors. Ordered a second one as well!

Easy to use garland hanger
I would highly recommend buying the garland door hanger when purchasing garland. It makes the garland so much easier to hang without having to put nails in your door frame. Good quality and easy to use.

Very Sturdy Garland Hanger
Can't wait to use for Christmas garland on my front door. Last year I tried using hooks but my garland is very heavy and the hooks didn't work very well. I'm excited to see how this garland hanger makes my lighted, ribboned garland look!

Great idea.
This is a great idea! I ordered it after Christmas so will use it next year. I did however take it out of the box and put it together which was very simple. I then tried it out on my front door space and it seems like it will do what it’s designed for.

A must have for every season
I use my hanger above my front door. I hang the different Frontgate greenery that they have for every season that matches their wreaths and planters. It's a must have. It's so easy to hang your greenery above your door with this hanger, and you no longer have to use nails to hold up your greenery.

Improved door garland hanger
I bought this to replace the previous Frontgate garland hanger that I had which broke at one of the welds in the hinge. The new one has been redesigned to eliminate this weak spot, and, in general, was much less fussy to initially assemble than I remember the old one to be.
These tension-based hangers are a great solution to an application where it is impossible or you just don't want to drill holes, especially for holiday decorations which are only in place a few weeks of the year.

Specialty Tool!
Visited three different hardware stores and no one sales anything like it.
Purchased the single door tension rod for a garland.
Looks well made and sturdy.
Easy to assemble.
We placed masking tape (to avoid damage on the white caps) over the brick to press inside and fit in this rod. We also added (five feet down) over the brick commands and wire ties on each side to keep the garland from blowing and hitting the wall.

Problem solver!
The garland hangar is a wonderful contraption -- I have vinyl siding & trying to hang a garland is problematic as I don't want to drive nails, etc. Each year I have used suction cups or some other flimsy device to hold garlands or lights around the door. This really works AND I ordered a rather heavy garland (from Frontgate of course) which the hangar easily accommodates. Unique, strong device.

Tricky to install and hang but absolutely gorgeous
I have two in my great room. I have christmas cheer door swags on them. They look gorgeous! A heads up that it took my husband and I to put them up and hang the swags. I have a third hanging on my front door. I have a 9 ft christmas cheer garland hanging from it. Each time it got easier to hang both the garland hanger and the garland.

Check dimensions!
This is a well made product for its purpose; however, make sure you check the dimensions of the door or opening in which you plan to use the hanger! I live in a house built in the late 20s and doors were very narrow back then. It fits in one opening in our house. Fairly disappointed since it won't work where I had planned but it will look nice in the new spot.

Didn't Work for Me
This garland door hanger didn't work for me. I tried to hang the Majestic Outdoor Garland on it and it keep slipping off the door. My door jam is not that large, so that may be the issue. I wish this worked. I had to hang my garland on my post lights, each next to my front door instead. Maybe someone else had better luck with it.

I have a single door that's 36 inches wide with a side light on either side. Would the single door garland holder work with the side lights? I like to put the garland all the way over the side lights to.

1. Will this work on a doorway that has no woodwork, just drywall? 2. Is there any padding where it grasps the sides? It looks like it could chip the paint. Have there been any complants about ruining the paint finish?

Can the out peices that wrap around the outside of the door trim be turned in? We have a door that has a wall on one-side that would not allow the wrap around component, but we'd like to hang garland just along the top of the frame.
