How do you mistake fading lights?
Been through 2 of the same tree (Frontgate customer service is Amazing!). Each has the same issue where the lights blink when selecting fade. There is no fade.
The other reviews of excess snow and minimal branch coverage is true as well.
On the plus side, the branches and needles are realistic. The customer service in the store and on the phone are fantastic. The build and setup of the tree is well designed. (Did I mention amazing customer service?!?)
For this cost, better quality control should be expected. Didn’t happen in this case.

Sparkling Snow Color Changing 71/2
Just received tree on Friday. Family was over helping me decorate and the snow was unmanagable. Needed to vacumm three times to pick up the snow as it was everywhere. Additionally, everyone needed to change clothing because the snow was all over our clothing. Disappointing.

Beautiful Tree I love it
I brought this tree a month ago. It is just as described, Gorgeous. A perfect tree once you fluff all the branches. I’m glad I purchased it.

The only good thing I can say about this tree is the lights are amazing, but that's about it. Once I put the tree up, I noticed the top branches were very sparse, which I probably could have lived with. The main reason I am returning this tree is the odd shape it gives on the very top. It seems the branches on the bottom are much longer than the top branches,creating an odd looking tree. This tree didn't have a typical triangular shape. Definitely not worth the money. My last tree was half the price and much better.

Disappointed with this purchase.
I purchased this tree excited about the look and the advertising of the sparkle on the flock. The branches are very sparse. No matter how I fluff the branches the center post shows in many places on the tree. The “sparkling snow” is small glitter that does not show at all. I could have purchased a tree at lesser type store, that would have been thicker and prettier than this one.
