Amazing Christmas Tree
We purchased our tree 18 YEARS AGO! It still looks great. The lights started going out last year so we just purchased little LED lights. But the tree is in great shape! 4 years in some lights went out so I called customer service. They sent out replacement lights right away! I will purchase a Frontgate Tree again!

Quality product
I received my tree and had no issues with packaging. Christmas has past but I took it out to see it and it is beautiful. I can hardly wait till for next Christmas. I have purchased several trees from you and have never had and issue. One of the trees I have had for 15 years and all the lights are working and non have gone out. Thanks for the great service and quality you provided with your product.

New Microlight Tree
Very beautiful tree and the built-in microlights are nice and definitely safer around kids or cats. However, the branches seem kind of weak and won't hold up to larger ornaments or even smaller ones that have any weight..

I wouldn't buy this tree again.
I so wanted to love this tree, but sadly, I'm not crazy about it. Pros: the lights really are beautiful, and it is stunning at night. Cons: 1. The branches are not at all dense, even after meticulous fluffing. During the day, the amount of light that shines through them is pretty unbelievable. 2. The individual branches are so weak that I needed to carefully place the ornaments toward the trunk of the tree, as even a modest amount of weight caused the branches to sag. 3. The tree stand was too large for a standard size tree collar. 4. It was really expensive.

We purchased a tree from Frontgate years ago and it was great. It had the look of a real tree. This one isn't on par, not even with the photos. I don't recommend it.

Problematic tree
This is a great looking tree, but unfortunately i tried twice and gave up. Each time there was a portion of the tree that would not light up. I love my other two Frontgate trees and will go back to the other models.

I received this tree with the on/off remote. We removed the protective plastic from the battery and it is installed correctly. We can't seem to use the remote. Is there a specific place to aim that we are missing?

There is an on/off button on the power cord coming out of the tree which must be pushed before the remote will operate the lights. Does this tree have colored and white lights?
Janet- I received the tree this week. There are only white lights on my tree. I don't see anywhere in the description that colored lights are an option -this is a very bright tree.

Re- storage for this tree- are the branches able to fold up (not removed) so that it can can it be stored in your stand up one?
Thank you for your interest in the Starry Night Microlight 7-1/2 ft. Full Profile Tree. The tree arrives with the sections in an upward position which are secured by a tie. Once the tie is removed the branches fall downward. The tree may be stored in it's original shipping position with the branches secured upward.
