Looks great!
Our Stratford Address Plaque looks great! Several people have commented on it. I thought that it looks just a bit nicer than any other address plaque that I had seen. Only minor problem was that the included screws weren't long enough although that was due to the uneven rock wall that I was attaching it to more than the actual screw length. Seems to be well made and I expect it to last as long as the house.

Great item
I love this plaque! When I purchased my house, I wanted to find a way to have the address on my house, but I did not want some tacky numbers that would corrode and look bad within a year or two. This plaque is very classy! Considering that it is specially made with the specific address, the cost was very reasonable. It looks great and was easy to mount on the brick mailbox.

I'm very pleased with the Stratford Lawn Address plaque. It's just as pictured.. and gives my front lawn a look of grace and elegance. I have installed it in front of a tree surrounded by flowers. At night, I illuminate it with a small spotlight.
It was very easy to install. All you have to do is attach the posts with a screw that's provided, and slide the posts in the ground. It's metal, so it's heavy-- which is a good thing. It will stay put in a windstorm.
I will say that my first one arrived defective-- one of the holes wasn't drilled through, and there was a casting "drip" so be sure to inspect it thoroughly.
Frontgate's customer service was excellent, as usual. They ordered me another one without me having to go through the hassle of shipping it back. This is one of the reasons I'm a loyal Frontgate customer.

Wonderful product
The sign that we purchased is wonderful. It is heavy and the craftsmanship is great. It arrived quickly and I thought it would be cheaply made but it was not. We mounted it to our front wall and it looks fantastic. A little pricey but well worth it. You get what you pay for and this is a quality product.

Lawn sign
The sign is well constructed ( molded ?) of a heavy metal with impregnated color. It looks to be very sturdy and should last for a long time. The support legs, on the other hand, are somewhat flimsy. They bent excessively when driven into the ground. Had to straighten them and find a very soft ground location to install tem.

Looks nice
Just installed, looks good. This plaque replaced the previous one (different manufacturer) that faded badly after 5 years. Hopefully the finish on this one holds up better. One recommendation I would give would be for the legs to automatically lock into the square position when screwed onto the plaque.

Good with flaws
Good looking and feels robust.
However, stakes have only 1 screw to hold the sign. Meaning, each one stake rotate and so hard to make the stakes perpendicular to the sign. Had they made holes for two screws, would have fixed the problem. Don't know why they wouldn't make this simple fix.

Take some engineering design classes
The plaque itself is world class, the methods used to retain it look like they were conceived
by a 3rd grader. 10/32 screws come on people you can do better than that! only one fastener per stake so that the whole assembly is wobbly.
You really need to address these issues.

Pretty but Difficult!
i was very pleased with this plaque when it arrived and would have given it a top rating based on quality and appearance, but when I tried to assemble it I couldn't. I have been widowed for a number of years, so I'm used to doing many things myself. I have plenty of tools and determination. I put it aside until spring, since the ground was frozen. Got it out yesterday. STILL could not put it together! I was extremely motivated. The tiny screw covers are pretty, very tiny, and virtually impossible to attach. Now, I will ask my son to work on it because it was fairly pricy and I do like the sign itself. Nothing so expensive should be this difficult to use. Also, based on the design, you would assume it was meant to be staked directly into the ground, but you'd be wrong. You must dig holes, insert the stakes, and backfill. A lot of effort to actually use this pretty sign.

Stratford address plaque
Unable to install address plaque into lawn because the posts are so long and you are not allowed to pound in the stakes ( will damage sign/posts) so I have spent an hour digging two holes for the posts...and still not deep enough! We have very hard clay soil...didn't realize the posts were going to be so long.

I bought this and it's complete garbage because of the assembly. The "ledge" is practically non existent and the o rings broke when I attempted to tighten the legs. Further, the legs never did tighten so the sign doesn't go in the ground properly...after you dig a 6-8 inch hole as instructed. Why not make the legs actually have the ability to penetrate the ground...like a basic metal fence pole.
Sign would be great but they put absolutely no thought into the leg attachments and the fact that it is a sign...not a placard.

Poor Quality
I have this sign and when we had our mulch done this year I took the sign out only to find the stake had broken. There is no reason for the stake to break off. We have not moved or touched it. Very disappointed in the quality from Frontgate. Every single product I have ordered over the years has fallen apart, and or stopped working, think before you order from this company.
