Easy to use and attractive
This stand is unobtrusive and I can easily wheel it around myself without assistance. It is easy to clean too, as I just wipe it off once a week with a damp cloth! Convenient and goes well with my patio furniture.

This was delivered without a box and the Sleeve section to put the umbrella in was not included.
After calling they sent a new sleeve, but it did not fit. Now I am going through the process of trying to return this to you. A new base is on order, hopefully it will be delivered in tact.
This has been a very frustrating purchase.

Stripped metal connector
Less than a season of using the base with an umbrella and the post that you put the umbrella into is already stripped. This means that the umbrella is not straight but leaning and there is no way to tighten it in the base.

Well built base!
Nothings going to move this base! Ordered the 100lb for the 9’ market umbrella. Solid and well made. Even though it’s heavy, I can easily move to meet my needs.

It is my experience that the "weak link" with umbrella bases are the welds that secure the mast to the base plate. Winds flex this point constantly, resulting in very early failure at the bottom. How sturdy is that structural element on this product?

for both the round and square bases, does the base move when the umbrella is perpendicular to the ground? or do you have to lean the umbrella to one side? how many wheels are on both the the round and square bases? thanks

Have a very heavy base baron frontgate... the base pole has become loose... the base pole that attached to the cement base... how and where do i tighten it?? Can’t see how it tightens... thanks

My base 63438 BLA came with a hardware kit (#5318-777) but no explanation for why this kit was included. What is this kit for? And the diagram (# 5318-887) that came with the kit? No explanation/instructions for that either. 4 bolts, 8 washers - for what?
