Great Outdoor Heater! 5 Stars!
This is a fantastic heater and works perfectly. Took all of about 20 minutes to put together and everything was in perfect working condition. Directions were extremely easy to follow. Highly recommend heater.

Almost can’t wait for cold weather!
A great size for a private patio. Easy to put together and compact enough to put in the corner until you need it with a nice cover that was provided. Excellent quality product!

Stylish Heater
The prettiest heater I have seen but be aware that it does not throw out much heat. We have overhead string lights in our courtyard and need a heater that is not very tall which this fits the bill. Unless you are sitting next to it though, you will not feel the heat.

Not Much Heat!
This is a great looking and well built patio heater. However, as others have commented, it just does not put out much heat. It’s more of a conversation piece for your patio. Also note that this heater does not have wheels. It has four nylon covered adjustable feet. So to move it with the propane tank installed is near impossible.

Doesn’t Work
I was excited to finally buy one of these while it was on sale and just in time for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to work. I went through all of the troubleshooting in the book and additional instructions provided by customer service. It still doesn’t work. They couldn’t get me a replacement in time for Thanksgiving, so I was forced to return it and buy something else. Frontgate customer service is great, but this heater is a beautiful piece of junk. Definitely avoid buying this.

I noticed a design change to the top of this patio heater that apparently changed the name of it from the Nova Patio Heater last year to the Sundry Patio Heater this year. Is there a retrofit kit available to update the Nova Patio Heater?

The description says it warms an “impressive 6 1/2 foot area.” What does that mean? Is that radius? For 50,000 BTU that seems less than some of the models that have lower BTU. Thank you.
