So, Glad I bought this serving piece
Excellent for serving Shrimp Cocktail. Because it was 92* out the day it was going to be served, the the night before I half filled the ring with water and put it in the freezer to have a solid ice bottom for the Shrimp also putting the dip bowl in as well. Right before serving I took both serving pieces out of the freezer lining the ring over the ice ring with lettuce pieces to put the Jumbo Shrimp on. 4 Bags of Extra Jumbo, 21-25 pcs, Cooked, Peeled, Deveined, Tail On Shrimp fit Nicely. Topped with a few pieces of lemon wedges. The Cocktail Sauce was placed in the frozen dip bowl. My guests for my Backyard Retirement Party raved about it. It looked beautiful on the appetizer table.
