Please send me directions for the Super Chill Condiment Server with Lids. Do the chill in freezer or refrigerator? How long do they need to be prechilled? I am guessing you hand wash them? No instructions were included

Remove from freezer and insert back into the bottom piece; they are now ready for use. This item is hand-wash only. Freeze tray?
There are no instructions in the box. Do I also put the tray/holder in the freezer prior to use or just the individual bowls?
I put all in freezer for several hours prior to use with great results. Oven for warm food

Finally... it's mine!
I have a friend who always uses these when she entertains, to keep her dips and salsas cool on the table... and she entertains on her patio outdoors on Maui!
These work like a dream to keep everything cool, whilst looking clean and organized on the table. I especially love that each bowl has its own lid, to keep things covered as necessary. They are a bit pricey (I really waited and saved up for these) but now that I own a set myself and use them frequently, I feel like they are definitely worth the price.

Great for condiments- kept cool and bugs mostly out. Used them chicago style hot spread- the large size meant I didn’t have to refill them for several hours, all while staying fresh. Super professional looking, better than anything I could find elsewhere in terms of capacity/ease of care.

Super Organize Condiments
I love this item to the extent that I have gifted it to two of my daughters and am seriously considering ordering one for myself.Since I wrote the original comments, I have ,in fact purchased the item for myself and an additional item for a Christmas gift. The item is attrative, adds an element of elegance to the table and moves from table to refrigerator for storage. It is easily my most used organizer.
