Great for parties big or small!
This makes a great set! We washed, froze and used them immediately. Kept the wine chilled for long enough to go through two bottles and a shrimp tray cold for hours. They still felt cold at the end of the party!

Worked Great!
I have only gotten to use this once thus far, but it performed wonderfully. I just put carrots and fruit on the vegetable platter and they stayed fresh and cold for more than 5 hours. I put them away before they even needed to be. I didn't have the usual dried out mushy fruit that I typically throw away. Love it thus far! Will be purchasing other items in this family.

Great presentation for apps
I made a caprese platter tomatoes/mozzarella,red onion, basil & balsamic vinegar & presentation was beautiful. Put sliced french bread in middle of platter.

Can I store the gel based layer in the freezer all the time, rather than just put it in 2 hours in advance? I'm worried I won't remember to put it in the freezer in time when I need it & would rather it always be cold & ready, if it's okay for the product

I have just received the super chill serving bowls. They are beautiful. Just wondering if you put the bowl and the lid into the freezer or only the bowl. Thank you
Thank you for your interest in the Super Chill Hot/Cold Party Set.Separate two pieces and place the top piece into freezer for two hours. Remove from freezer and insert back into bottom piece. Your superchill insulated servers are now ready for use. The lid does not need to be put into the freezer Use lids to keep food cold & fresh and remove when ready to eat. .

Anyone else have an issue with rusting? Bought the large drink serving bucket 2 months ago, and the outside is starting to rust. Disappointed, after reading so many positive reviews about it.

How do I use for keeping canapés hot?
Thank you for your interest in the Super Chill Hot/Cold Party Set. This set does include a Hot/Cold Tray; to warm – ensure tray is at room temperature, place tray in a 200°F preheated oven for up to 30 minutes, do not exceed 30 minutes. The other items in this set should not be used for warm food.
