I bought a platter & I wonder if it can be use to keep thing hot or is it only for cold

Does this server break down into 4 sections, which can be reassembled after freezing into 1 whole? We have a small freezer and wouldn't be able to freeze a 21" circle.

Serving chilled oyster in style
I have been farming and selling oysters for 8 years with great success but i have never had a serving platter as exceptional as this. I freeze the inserts and even in Tallahassee's hot himid summers, my freshly shucked OyterMom Oysters are presented on a bed of ice, chilled and fabulous! This is a beautiful serving tray and extremely functional. A must have for outdoor events.

Outstanding Buffet Display Serving Pieces
Excellent size for a vegetable tray. I first thought I was only going to offer 3 different types of vegetables before I bought it but when it arrived and I saw how big it was it easily fit 2 different types of vegetables in each individual section. The dip hold held plenty for the quantity of veggie pieces served. New England weather has been extremely hot this year and all of my chill and serve pieces have out done themselves.

Excellent Chilled Server !
Excellent Chilled Server ! We purchased this for the Christmas and New Years Holidays, used it twice during that time, and love it.
It kept food perfectly chilled, sitting at room temperature, for over 4 hours. One of the items served was chilled and sliced Ahi Tuna, and it kept it perfect throughout the night.
The only thing to be aware of is that this server is very large ! Be sure to read the size description before you buy, because it does require a lot of space in the freezer to chill the sections. At holiday times our freezers are always full, so be sure you have room for it ! Also, we have to store it in our attic because we don't have the cabinet space for it.

Chiller is a winner!
This chiller performed beautifully! I had an open house from 5 pm until midnight and this dish kept the shrimp cocktail ice cold the entire time! Surpassed my expectations! Beautiful too!

Frontgate comes through again!
This server works perfectly, keeping all the shrimp and seafood cold. It is super large and super heavy though; so be sure to have room for storage and in your refrigerator!

Not just for oysters
I purchased this serving piece and didnt realize how large it actually is. I didn't think I'd be able to use it but it was a great addition during the holidays. It is very large, but very versatile.

Keeps food cold.
I used this at a recent dinner party and it worked great in keeping shrimp cold all during the evening. I ate the last shrimp and it was still cold three hours after having been put out.

Large Cold Severing Dish
Just received recently and used for a small party. The beautiful dish was easy to use and kept the shrimp and other items very cold for the entire party. We loved how well it performed and know exactly when we will use again for a much larger party. May be purchasing a second as it is so great in use and clean-up.
