Best Hose Reel Ever
This hose reel is awesome! If you have bought one after another only to have them break or leak or just suck right from the start, look no further! I might never have to buy another one and I know I'll have to get a new hose before I replace the reel, so that's a first. If you're sick of buying the best Home Depot or Menards has to offer, and only getting one season out of them, this is your solution right here! The expense really didn't get to factor into my buying decision, I just didn't want to throw another one away. I don't live in a mansion, it's a 1000 square foot, 100k house so if you think the Frontgate brand is only for the wealthy, think again. 15/10 Highly recommend!

Wonderful piece, but read carefully...
This is a nice and functional piece. It is very well made, but an important note: the intent (based on mounting instructions) is that this is set in Quickcrete/ concrete... but once you do that there is no way to remove it. I wish there was a spike option for this, but it is simply a long, hollow, square tube (as pictured) and no collar that would be set in the concrete that the post could then be lowered/ locked into. I was able to set mine into gravel, and so far it is stable. I want to be able to move its location until I'm certain it is in the best spot. It looks wonderful and I hope it will for years to come!

Trellis Hose reel
The reel looks beautiful but still haven’t had a representative tell me how to hook this up to our hose and wall. Hopefully they’ll see this review and contact me with diagrams.

Hose station leaks!
I recently purchased the hose station and after just a few days it was leaking around the faucet. I can’t speak for the hose reel but I wouldn’t recommend the hose station especially due to the permanent nature of the installation. To make matters worse, there are no available parts for the faucet assembly to address the leak. Fortunately I was able to get a refund so kudos to Frontgate’s customer service but I would avoid purchasing this hose station until the issue is addressed.

Missing pieces
Product seems well made, however it arrived missing the post. Frontgate sent out a new one to replace it, however the second one was missing several parts as well. It was too much hassle, so I had to return it. Also the post doesn’t have a spiked edge, so not sure how well it would stick in the ground.
