Not even close to being "Tuffy"
For a company to call their line "Tuffy' this one fell wayyyyy short. After 5, yes, FIVE minutes with this toy my 8 month old PUPPY completely destroyed this poor whale. The manufacturers website has this elaborate drawing of how these toys are constructed but it's all rubbish. These toys are terrible quality and most definitely not with the $15 price tag. What a waste of money!
