The ladder is also quite easy to move due to it being lighter than other ladders this height. It’s also much more aesthetically pleasing than a ladder you’d get at a hardware store. Highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Building from quality seems good Have the two step which I love. This one feels much heavier than I thought it would (proportionally) so not as easy to use as I hoped. That might just be me though. Seems well made. I can’t get it to stand without wiggling but maybe my floor is uneven.

I’ve used this the tallest version as an “indoor ladder” for my high walk in closets and to change air vents, etc. An exceptionally light ladder to carry by myself and maneuver when duty calls. I plan to order the smaller versions. The design is perfect in every way, a sculpture even when closed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by worn out from where is it? ordered 2 months ago and it still hasn't shown up. got a notice it had shipped 2 weeks ago and the customer service people still can't tell me where it is. I had wanted to use it to hang Xmas decorations but it may end up being an Xmas present if this takes any longer. no one has been very helpful in finding it or where it is. Maybe it's walking here from Ohio. Frontgate's customer service has gone downhill. not my first bad experience in the past 2 months with them.

Very helpful for a home with 11 ft ceilings and vertical storage options. Sturdy and well-designed, I just wish it came in black like the smaller versions!

Very sturdy design, wider steps (the shorter length). If you did not open the ladder completely, once you step on the bottom ladder, it automatically opens the ladder up to its correct angle so that the steps are levelled safely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Super tall and sturdy This ladder is tall enough to change bulbs in our 14 foot ceilings and reach the 10 foot high shelves in my walk-in closet. It's easy to set up and easy to collapse once I looked at the instructions to figure out how. My only challenge is it is so long that, even made of aluminum to reduce the weight, it's a bit hard to handle for a 5'4" female. My husband puts it away for me so I don't bang into things with it. Otherwise it's great.

We have a 12 ft ceiling in our master bedroom closet, and trying to put items on the top shelve using a shorter ladder was like performing a high-wire act. We actually bought a taller, clunkier ladder, but found it too cumbersome, so we sent it back. This Frontgate aluminum ladder is AWESOME!! Super sturdy and the handrail is a great safety feature. Plus it's not called "ultralight" for no reason. Even little ole me can maneuver it around.

Somehow I thought I had ordered a 5 step ladder. I have the 4 step for my kitchen and it is very compact and light. Positives: I can reach anything I need to (I'm only 5' tall and have 10-12 foot ceilings). It is very sturdy, nice slim profile so easy to store out ot the way. A good buy.

It is REALLY heavy compared to the other ladders I've ordered from Frontgate, and other ladders I've had that are this size. Now I wish I had gotten the next smaller size. It's very sturdy and I feel safe on it, but I can't carry it around like I had hoped.

I had to return it at a 50% of the ladder’s purchase cost for the UPS packing fee. It was too heavy for me to move easily and took up half the space in the closet in which I hoped to use.

How high is the top step?  The top step/ platform shown is a step that can be stood on?  Is the ladder equivalent to an 8’ ladder?
