Uptown Gas Fire Table is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fire Table It looks just like the picture (we purchased black tile)! When installing, we did have to shave a bit off the lower concrete so that the tile would fit into the grooves. We have read that on an earlier review so it was not a surprise to us. It is also heavy so ensure that you have others helping you place the tile sections as one person will not be able to do that. I would highly recommend this table.

I am interested in the uptown gas fire table.

Is the propane tank completely concealed in the pillar and not visible? How do you access the tank? Can you use any type of fire glass? Is the table cover that is included all you need to protect during rain/weather?
Asked by: MelanieC
The propane tank is completely concealed in the pillar. One side of the pillar is actually a magnetic door to access the tank. Works with any glass fire rocks. The table cover was not heavy duty and developed holes within a few months. After three months the table began to split apart, dropping piece of tile and chucks of plaster everywhere - and I had to return it. This table is complete junk.

Could this be used in a large screened in linai? It would not be near the screen itself.

Thank you for your interest in the Uptown Gas Fire Table. When considering using this item on a screened linai please consider the following: the burning in this table requires at least 72" of clearance above the table, 2' of clearance on the sides and at least two walls should be screened with at least 6' 8" H screens.

Durability of the table to be left outside

I am very interested in the Uptown Gas Fire Table. Please advise how durable the table would be as it will be exposed to rainy conditions at times without the cover on. Also, is it possible to purchase an additional cover? Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in the Uptown Gas Fire Table. This item is designed to be used and left outdoors. However, due to the burner and wires, we do recommend covering the item during wet weather. For extra parts please contact our customer service at 1-888-263-9850 or service@frontgate.com.
