There is a strong smell to the mat. Will the smell go away? I received the mat 3 days ago. I just moved to the garage in hopes it will go away.
I really like the look of this mat in my kitchen. I'm not sure if I can keep it if the smell does not go away soon.
Will washing help? I may need to return so I don't want to wash if it will not help.

What Are the Colors in This Mat
Can someone please tell me the exact colors that are in the Victory Rooster mat. Thank you.
The colors are exactly as they appear on the PC screen (beige, brown, gold, green).

My mat arrived early Saturday afternoon, two days ago. I put it in front of the kitchen sink and did dishes that evening.
The water drops from the dishes stained the mat terribly. There was no grease or anything that spilled out, just dish water.
I called the product specialist line and was told to wipe it down with a mixture of vinegar and water outside. But I just read in the reviews that it is machine washable as well.
I am attaching a photo so you can see the stains - I love the mat but after using it the first day and seeing all the stains, I am pretty concerned.

Washing instructions for the victory rooster mat
Wipe down with a damp cloth. I just wrote a review on this item noting it is only a piece of rubber with a decal overlay.

Good looking floor mat
This is the second floor mat I’ve purchased. I needed to replace the old one (which was approx 7 years old). Love the colors and love the size (I bought the larger mat). Looks great in our kitchen.
