Can this stool be left in full sun, strong wind, and heavy rains year round. I live in Central weather were summer storms are violent and frequent. I intend to leave my stool outdoors year round. Will the paint fade?

Beautiful Porcelain Stools
We just love these 2 Vivian Porcelain stools!
They will be used on either side of our Frontgate double chaise lounge chairs.when it arrives.
