Great Doormat
Great Doormat. This item was made & sniped very quickly. Very good quality & doesn’t move. My only issue (as with all online shopping) the color was exactly as I thought it would be; we were expecting it to be slightly darker to match our front door, it it still looks great.

Color photo misleading
I ordered the Bordeaux which looks like a deep red in photo but unfortunately it is a deep deep purple. It looks almost like eggplant. Frankly it is horrible!! And unfortunately NO RETURNS because it is personalized. I could understand if I just changed my mind but no exchanges forany reason seems like bad customer service.

Are the 2 colors dark brown and bluestone true to the photo images? I see complaints about the colors being reflected not being the true colors and then unable to return due to monogram.
