Are the mats high heel proof. You cannot wear high heels on my existing mats. The heels go right through.

Some mats don't allow the wood to breath or retain moisture which affects the wood underneath. We had a mat that looked to be made like these that started to damage our wood floor underneath. Do these mats cause issues with wood floors?

I have had this mat for five years and love it. We just replaced our floors with COREtec, and some sites say you can't use rubber on them. Does anyone have experience with this?

Awesome Mats!
I have been shopping online for wellness mats for awhile now, and finally decided on these. I am so glad that I did..I absolutely love them. The mats are aesthetically appealing and they are very comfortable but supportive. They seem to be very durable, time will tell.

Wide Open Comfort
I love this mat! I had a 2 x 6 mat in a space with the width just over 3 feet. I was so excited to find the 3 foot wide model on Frontgate. It is perfect! I cook a lot and this is perfect - it fits nicely between my stove and kitchen sink! So much better than any other mat in the market.

I had been debating about purchasing a WellnessMat for quite some time. Finally pulled the trigger and am so glad that I did. It is delightfully cushioned and eases the pressure on my back and on my hips. The size I purchased is perfect for my four burner gas cook top.

Great mat!
I purchased this kitchen comfort mat to replace one from Gel Pro. The Gel Pro mat's edges began to curl up after a couple years use and caused tripping. This new Frontgate mat is perfectly designed! It is heavier and stays in place better and the edge is angled so that it won't curl up. And I love the burgundy color, it looks great in my kitchen. I have it placed below my kitchen sink and counters where I stand to do most food prep and it is so comfortable!

These mats are exceptional! I purchased black 6' and 3' mats for my kitchen. Easy to clean with broom, mop, vacuum, or spot clean with a sponge. Same as my wood floors. Very comfortable, relieves my sore legs and feet. Very pleased with this purchase.

So Comfortable
I love to cook but standing on hardwood floors for hours at a time were beginning to take its toll on my feet and legs. I had looked at these mats elsewhere but all were too small for my kitchen work area. I was delighted to discover that Frontgate offers them in various sizes and shapes. Now the 6'x4' mat cushions my steps and makes cooking even more enjoyable. The product is well made. I highly recommend the Wellness mat.

Fatigue floor mat
This one is for a gift but I have one myself and love it. It has lasted well and certainly is a pleasure to stand on. I have trouble with my feet and it's great relief so got it for my daughter. I absolutely wouldn't be without one.

Very nice mat - feels great to stand on, looks good, very durable, and has an excellent warranty. Will be purchasing another in a smaller size for another area of m kitchen. If you stand and cook a lot, you will appreciate this mat.

Excellent product!
This product does a great job in relieving leg and foot pressure when standing while cooking or doing the dishes. We have used the well advertised similar mat, but were disappointed when the edges curled causing a risk of tripping and the pattern, although attractive, became a cleaning nuisance. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Like walking on a cloud!
My legs and feet get tired and sore from walking on tile floors all day so I decided to order this mat. As soon as it arrived I tore open the box and put it to use. I am so happy with this mat it is like walking on memory foam all day. I will be ordering another!

Extremely helpful product
After taking a professional cooking course, I learned that this is a must have for all kitchens! Standing at the counter while prepping and cooking can be very tiring. This mat provides a softer, yet stable surface that takes the pressure off your feet and back. It may not be as pretty as a rug, but it makes a big difference. I highly recommend this product.

Good cushioning
I really like the cushion of this mat; it is kind to your feet when standing a long time at the sink or stove. My only regret is that I did not get the longer one. The edges lay flat unlike the last mat I purchased which curled on the ends and I was always tripping over it. I think they are a bit overpriced, but a good product just the same.

FOOTPRINTS & COLOR
The mat was very comfortable and seemed sturdy as it was about 3/4 inch thick, much thicker than the ones at other stores. However, after using the mat for just one dinner hour it became so dirty I needed to clean it. Every footprint showed. This might have been because it was a plain color mat and did not have any decoration to avert the eyes. The other problem I had with the mat is that I ordered burgundy, but the actual color of the mat was more like dark rust or brick.

Warranty coverage
We bought 3 wellness mats in 2015. Every mat has bubbled up, separated and peeled. This is stated on their website:
“When used in a residential setting, this allows us to warrant every WellnessMat against any defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years, with great pride.”
“Never Delaminate
The unique one-piece construction of the WellnessMat eliminates the need for glues or toxic bonding agents that often break down in time. Our mats will never separate, bubble up, ripple, or tear as a result of broken down glues.”
We were denied warranty and was told that the breakdown was due to normal wear and tear. Apparently using theses mats for what they are for voids their warranty. To use the word “never” is an outright lie and this company does not honor their warranty statement.
