Fragile Top
This order did not go well. We waited over a month for the first unit to arrive. One of the doors on the cabinet would not close and the top was cracked in 2 places. We called customer service and refused delivery. Waited another 4 weeks. This time the cabinet was fine but the inside of the box w/ the top looked like a jig saw puzzle. The thing was in a LOT of pieces Called again, wound up refusing delivery of the top and keeping the bottom. At this point we cut our losses and got a refund for the top. Agent we spoke to also offered a partial refund for part of the price of the cabinet.
Bottom Line: given the packaging we saw and the thickness of the marble top there is virtually no way this thing could arrive intact. Company needs to find a new way to package or stop selling the unit.
