Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven with Convection is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Countertop Oven! I needed another oven to take on the side dishes when my regular oven was in use. I never thought I would be using this oven as often as I am. Worth every penny and more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for daily use, and second oven! I purchased this from Frontgare ~ 3 yrs. ago. Our family is grown and gone, so the two of us use this frequently. Also can handle ~ 6 lb rib roast, bone in turkey breast, etc. use this as my “go to” oven, and only use my large oven for when the family comes. While it is pricey, the quality and usefulness more than compensates the $ outlay. Highly recommend this and wish I had it years earlier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Addition To Anyone's Kitchen I write this as a serious home “chef” who has Thermador professional appliances--I have never had or lived in a household with a toaster oven before so I really wasn’t’ sure that I wanted or needed one. I carefully considered whether or not to buy the Wolf counter-top convection oven. I got it just before Christmas 2016 and immediately put it to work during the holidays—it has been a great addition to our kitchen. Being a household of 2, one of us will occasionally want to broil or heat something in an oven but dread the 10-15 minutes it takes to warm up one of the full size wall ovens. This Wolf countertop oven is a much quicker alternative for a single item like a tuna melt for lunch or baking a loaf of banana bread. I have also used it to cook: smaller sides during the holidays like green bean casserole and Brussels Sprouts as my full size ovens were busy roasting and baking other items; weeknight meals for 2 like a couple chicken breasts; and reheating leftovers instead of using the microwave. The Wolf heats up very, very quickly (due to its much smaller size compared to a regular full size oven) to roast, toast or broil. Roasting asparagus has never been quicker and easier (versus heating up a 30” oven for only a few minutes of actual roasting time). It does a great job at whatever the task. Even toast (I have seen some complaints on how long it takes to toast in it)—while it takes a while to toast versus a conventional counter-top toaster, I have found that if you put to fresh ordinary slices of bread into the Wolf to toast—you get a nice crispy toasted surface with the bottom nicely browned (to your setting) and the top nicely toasted as well, yet the inside of the bread has a desirable slight tenderness still to it versus being all dried out like a crostini from most regular toasters. I think the extra time works well for me--I often start my toast in the Wolf (which for my desired level of toasted takes about 7 minutes) at the same time that I’m just about to start to make some eggs or before I make coffee—by the time I’m done cooking the eggs and ready to plate them, or done making my coffee, my toast is ready and hot out of the oven. No more forgetting to put the toaster down or having to deal with cold toast or rewarming it because it cooked while you were scrambling eggs. BTW I still have my countertop toaster for pop-tarts and when someone is in a hurry for just a piece of toast, but I rarely use it anymore for toast for myself or for breakfast for us on the weekends—we prefer our toast from the Wolf. Also the top of the unit gets warm (intentionally, its designed that way) so you can use it to keep your plates or platters warm while the oven is in use; also nice so that I don’t have to warm up my 30” warming drawer to get a hot plate for one or two people. And while I have seen some people’s feedback on this unit that wish there was a light inside, I have under counter lighting so it hasn’t been an issue for us. I felt that the benefits and quality outweighed no having a light or the price difference from the next comparable top of the line convection countertop oven. Bottom line, if you occasionally need a smaller second oven, or you want to be able to use an oven without the long wait to warm up a full size oven, then you owe it to yourself to look into the Wolf. I did briefly consider the B-brand (you see at other top culinary retailers) top of the line convection unit but I just didn’t feel as confident it in as the Wolf (even though it had a light and the Wolf doesn’t). I love my Wolf after 6 months—no complaints at all. I’ll leave you with this last thought--this isn’t your mama’s old B&D countertop toaster oven that she bought at the local drugstore retailer—this is a feature rich work horse of an oven that competes on a smaller level with the normal everyday needs of a full size high-end convection oven. Written in June 2017 – after 6 months of frequent / weekly use. **edited to conform to FG censors**

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Countertop Oven High quality - well built oven. Have had other similar products, and this was a wise replacement. Have used all the options available for cooking. The results were great and wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality you'd expect from Wolf This is a new appliance to help take the load off the double ovens during entertaining and holidays. It's a bit larger than I'd anticipated. However, it heats up very quickly, makes good toast, and, so far, appears to be durable (built like a tank). It matches the other Wolf appliances quite well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wolf Range - An Old World- New World Merge I'm giving the "Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven with Convection" 5-stars, as it's incomparable, and matchless in quality! It functions equivalent to a real-life full-sized oven, only smaller. I give accolades to Wolf for even attempting to have a convection feature which is invaluable, amazing, reverential, and common across Europe. Why is convention not common place in the USA? It cooks food in half the time--half the cost of energy. Forget the microwave that depletes your food of nutrients, and opt for this product instead. This is a Star Spangled oven that we highly recommend and are using in lieu of our double wall-oven. Alas, there's only one caveat, this oven gets HOT, HOT, HOT, on the outside; so use with CAUTION!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than anticipated! After reviewing some of the other models available, I decided to spend a little more and go with the Wolf model...so happy I did! The oven that this model replaced, was from another manufacturer, and had just recently been purchased. This previous oven, was in it's 3rd use..and broke. One time fluke? Or, indicative of the quality of the brand? I decided to not find out and replaced it with this Wolf oven. It works, has continued to work...and does exactly what it is depicted as being capable of doing. I have never once said to myself, "I should've gone with a lesser quality model!" That self imposed rule still stands. Buy this model...you will be glad you did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great oven! I love the Wolf Countertop Oven! I have the 36" and 30" built ins however in the summer when it is hot I hate to heat up the kitchen. My solution-I put the Wolf Countertop Oven in my pantry. Last night for a BBQ I baked 12 potatoes in the oven. A rhubarb cream pie came out evenly browned and perfect! Sleek looking, efficient, another win by Wolf/Subzero. This would be a fabulous gift!

What is the max temperature for this oven? Can I choose specific temperatures or am I limted to the six modes?

Asked by: CyndiM
The range is 170 to 450F for roasting and baking. Broiling on high is 550F. Proofing is 80F. Warming is a max of 140F.
