High Quality, Gorgeous Construction (Grey Color)
I scoured the internet for a bench the perfect size for a specific area in my back yard. I found this one from Frontgate, having purchased several outdoor furniture items from Frontgate previously. The Quality of this bench is amazing. The Cushion is well made and sturdy. When you open the bench, it does not fly open - it has a spring that keeps it from slamming shut or opening too quickly, which is a nice touch. The bench is roomy and perfect for extra pool toys and towels.

Tapered wicker storage bench
I ordered this storage bench to store my pool side lounge chair covers. Perfect size to store all 6 extra long lounge chair covers and add additional seat by the pool. Matches all the other pool furniture I ordered from Front Gate! Very pleased.

Looks good; more storage than expected.
We’ve had our bench for about a month so I cannot comment on durability yet but we are very happy with the look and function. We bought it for our cabin screen porch to store a few life jackets and fish finders, and found we could fit many life jackets and also some tow ropes. Awaiting the cushion.

Very attractive, high quality and practical!
I just received my storage bench and I'm very pleased and relieved to see how nice it is. It seems to be well-built and the grey rattan is very attractive. It's roomy enough to store a number of my balcony furniture cushions while providing extra seating--even without the cushion (which I didn't buy, but may if it goes on sale). The high quality of this unit makes the price understandable. Kudos also for the speediness and ease of delivery that took only 6 days from online purchase.

Tapered wicker storage.
Perfect size to fit our outdoor dining cushions. Nice and sturdy. It is not rain proof though, easy fix, just placed it under roof overhang. Did not purchase the cushion, only using for storage.

Great storage for towels
Strong and sturdy and great storage for towels. It wasn't packaged well and we had to return to first bench because it got damaged during shipping (the top edges designed to hold a seat cushion in place were bent so that we couldn't open the lid). Customer service was great and quickly arranged for pickup and new shipment. The 2nd bench was packaged the same way, however the damage wasn't as bad and we were able to bend one of the edges back on our own in order to open the lid).

Quality suffering
Very disappointed!! First delivery screwed up. Second delivery side was broken! Third delivery side not broken but bent. We have ordered from Frontgate for years but quality definetly gone down. You either need to do better packing or get better carriers.

Terrible shipping service
FRONTGATE shipping company gives very bad service JB Hunt they only Ship to my area in Palm Beach Florida on Wednesday. I’ve waited three Wednesday from 8 AM to 12 each time. JB Hunt has some excuse while they could not deliver so I refuse the item and send it back to FRONTGATE, I am so sorry I had to return it because I really liked the item
