Save aggravation buy at local garden store
I am sure this is a nice product and I am anxious to put it in my garden. But first it must be delivered. After taking a day off work, waiting for the entire 6 hr delivery window, I got no delivery and no phone call indicating they will be delayed. Front gate has great products but ones that depend on special handling ruin the buying experience and I recommend not going through that pain. I cannot even call the delivery service either at their central number or local team as either no one answers or I am stuck in a triage message loop that does not address my issue and cannot get me to a humam

It's a pity
The urn is very beautiful but unfortunately it comes in 2-parts (not mentioned in website). The only thing holding it together is a 2" wide and high knob in the center where the drainage hole is. When assembled, it is wobbly. Thus it is unsafe for me as I live on top of a hill and I was planning to put it on the patio in front of my door. I feel that strong winds might topple it over. The inside diameter is only about 16" wide. I am so disappointed. Returned it.

Does the pedestal have a solid bottom. I need an open bottom to go over our well access.
Thank you for your interest in the Garden Pedestal. The base of this pedestal is hollow; however, when being used to hold up a planter, we recommend using dowels and cement (not included) to secure this item to the ground.
