Fantastic Urn & Pedestal BUT Terrible Delivery
Fantastic product. Looks great. I can't wait to plant in the urn. The size, shape, and quality all are top notch. My wife and I are very happy with it. But there were two issues. First, we ordered it on April 9, and it was delivered July 31. That delay was unfortunate, and it mostly falls on the manufacturer. Second, the delivery experience was very poor. After paying $429 for shipping and handling to Frontgate, the driver said that they wouldn't deliver past my front door and wouldn't open the crate or help put the items together. So, I had to open the crate, make sure no parts were damaged, and then lift all five separate parts (two of which are tremendously heavy) from my front door to my side yard. I'm 6'8", strong, and healthy, and I could barely manage it. Please consider this when purchasing.

Save aggravation buy at local garden store
I am sure this is a nice product and I am anxious to put it in my garden. But first it must be delivered. After taking a day off work, waiting for the entire 6 hr delivery window, I got no delivery and no phone call indicating they will be delayed. Front gate has great products but ones that depend on special handling ruin the buying experience and I recommend not going through that pain. I cannot even call the delivery service either at their central number or local team as either no one answers or I am stuck in a triage message loop that does not address my issue and cannot get me to a humam

It's a pity
The urn is very beautiful but unfortunately it comes in 2-parts (not mentioned in website). The only thing holding it together is a 2" wide and high knob in the center where the drainage hole is. When assembled, it is wobbly. Thus it is unsafe for me as I live on top of a hill and I was planning to put it on the patio in front of my door. I feel that strong winds might topple it over. The inside diameter is only about 16" wide. I am so disappointed. Returned it.

Does the pedestal have a solid bottom. I need an open bottom to go over our well access.
