Beautiful mirror but arrived cracked
This mirror is even more beautiful in real life and pictures do not capture all the details. Unfortunately the mirror arrived cracked in two places. This had to be ent back.

Defective Mirror Needs to Be Returned
The mirror arrived damaged and needs to be returned. It was a manufacturer’s defect — the mirror backing has come apart from the frame. Our family has enjoyed Frontgate purchases in the past, but this was an exception. I should add that the return process has been unnecessarily complicated; it is not consumer-friendly. We have been waiting for 2+ weeks for the Frontgate delivery service to pick up the mirror. Until they do and until Frontgate receives and examines the package, the charges will remain on our credit card, which does not seem reasonable, given the high cost of the item and the fact that we offered to submit pictures of the damage the day the package was delivered. Although the mirror is beautiful, we would not want to reorder for fear of something similar happening again. I honestly do not enjoy giving negative reviews, but this purchase was a disappointment.

Arrived broken in multiple places
I bought it a few months ago but stupidly never opened the box until I had a handiman at my house to install it. When we opened the box we found that it was broken in many places. I never bothered to contact Frontgate since I ordered it months prior.

Arrived Broken
I am sure I will get a new mirror however, I have not heard back from Front Gate. It is a beautiful mirror that I saw on the sales floor, so I'm confident once received correctly it will look great.
