Does every sign include welcome at the top automatically?

If you would like your plaque to include this greeting, please select the 2 Lines option under the SELECT PERSONALIZATION drop down, click ADD FREE PERSONALIZATION, and list "WELCOME" for Line 1.

I want a sign that says "Welcome" on top, and "To Summerville" on the bottom line. How do I fill out the order for this? Do I get the two line Estate sign then enter "Welcome" on line one and "To Summerville" on line 2?

We are trying to order a Standard One Line "Welcome" Plaque. Your webpage only allows 14 characters for the personalized address, but the product description states that we can enter up to 17 characters. We need 17 characters. How should we proceed?

Almost perfect; slightly off center.
I gave it an excellent review despite the fact as others have stated, it is off-center at the top. I think this is made more noticeable by the pineapple pointing towards the word. According to the picture, they know how to perfectly center odd lettered words because they centered “welcome” perfectly. My customization was “Douglas” and the center is closer to l on the g. It isn’t so upsetting to me like one review that I would give it two stars it is only noticeable if you are focusing directly at it...and honestly most people won’t look that close. However given the nice quality of the rest of the piece it is unfortunate they couldn’t get that perfect. This was my first purchase and I will likely purchase from them again as perfect quality is getting more and more difficult to find. They do need to educate their website designer. The end of this asks if you received an incentive for your review...I did not...however “select” and “yes” are the only choices. Tsk, tsk.

Simply beautiful
We ordered address plaques from Frontgate before and we love their quality. We had a new driveway poured and the grandkids hand stamped the wet concrete. We embedded a penny of their birth year. We ordered the oval plaque with "Welcome / Penny Lane" to enhance the lovely driveway and the grandkids' hand prints. I'm so glad we did. The plaque is gorgeous... perfect size. We couldn't be happier. The plaque could easily be used in a garden setting... it's just that nice.

IT IS TOO BAD THEY WERE NOT CAPABLE TO FIND THE CENTER....every time I look at this sign where it is off center by 3 inches I get upset. Frontgate will not help solve their error. They made two signs...BOTH OFF CENTER!

Beware inaccurate order instructions
I submitted a specific question asking how to fill out the order for this item so that the finished sign would say “Welcome” on top and “To Summerville” on the bottom. I was advised that the item automatically says “Welcome” on top and all I needed to do was to enter in the second line of text. You can see my question in the Q and A section. I followed those instructions, but when my husband opened the item on Fathers Day we discovered that the top line was blank( ie, it did not say Welcome). Now I have an expensive sign that makes no sense and is useless.
Don’t believe the Q&A. The ordering screen needs to be changed to show you how the sign will read BEFORE you pay. This is so disappointing. I will be seeking a refund.
