Beautiful product - a bit disappointed in service.
I ordered the Small Sebastian bench on June 27 of this year for about $800. It was delayed but was delivered August 15. Less than a couple weeks later, it went on sale at half price. I think I saw this in their recently received catalog. I called Frontage to check if they would honor this lowest price since I just recently received it. I also told them I was wanting to order the large Sebastian bench right away. The benches are beautiful. I was just somewhat surprised that Frontage would not honor the half price for the Small bench esp. since I was also ordering the Large bench at this time.

Love this perfect bench.
Bench arrived with a bent leg so it wobbled. Customer service was on it right away. Reordered and agreed to pay the extra fee for white glove shipping. They put in place and removed all packing and original bench. Love how it looks and perfect height for my Yorkie to jump up on bed.
