Perfect for my home
What a stunning tray! Unusual too. I love the detail (beautiful handles) and the shape and the size, annd the craftsmanship, everything! And seriously, it looks like it was designed specifically for my very own home. I love it. Ordering was easy too and shipping was a dream. A SPEEDY dream since it took less than a week to arrive. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it had a crack in it. The crack is not big but I was concerned about longevity of the item so I contacted customer service. They were AMAZING. They gave me the option to return for a full refund or to discount the price and credit the overage back to my original form of payment. They were also kind enough to include some suggestions on how I might patch the crack myself if I chose to keep it. I opted for the credit and I’m very happy I did so since the item is so beautiful. It might not last forever but given the discount, it’s worth it!
